Warhorn 2e is coming!
EventOverview
The purpose of this game day is to introduce 4th Edition D&D to new and inexperienced players. Games will cater to those who wish to learn the game and serve as a gateway to more 4th edition gaming opportunities in Las Vegas. More experienced gamers are welcome to help newcomers learn and help fill out the table.

If there are no slots available when you sign up but you still want to play, please sign up for a waitlisted spot! If we have enough DM's, we'll schedule a second table and get you into a game!

Location

    Avatar Comics and Games
881 S Rainbow Blvd (NW Corner of the Charlson intersection)
    Las Vegas Nevada, 89145
    (702) 795-8700

DMs: If you're a newer DM and you'd like to run a couple of sessions of Living Forgotten Realms, please let me know. The DMing job on Sundays rotates around, and I'm always happy to help a new DM spread their wings. The players, too, are very supportive of new DMs.

If you're an experienced DM and think you'd like to start up a home campaign of your own and are looking for players, let me help you get the word out, particularly if there are people you met at the Sunday games who you'd especially like to invite to your campaign.

Remember, you don't have to build the whole world in order to play; there are many pre-made campaign settings and adventures available for 4th edition.

PLAYERS: If you're looking for a home group, particularly if you've played a few sessions of 4th edition and know the basic mechanics of the game, please let me know. I'm happy to play match-maker for players and groups.

VENUE: Avatar is happy to host game tables for you if you need space, even for non-public home games (most of the RPGs they host are "home games," in fact). The shop stays open late on Saturday nights for gamers, and will happily set up a table any day or time that they're open. They stay late on Fridays, too, but I hear it gets crowded due to their card game tournament. If Sunday afternoons are the best time for you, Avatar will set you up with a table, just as they have done for us.

Of course, if Avatar doesn't work for you as a player or DM, you can always organize games in someone's home. But the shop has an open offer for anyone wanting to run a game, and I hope you all thank Crystal for her hospitality; she's done a great job making us feel at home and welcome in her place of business.
